The report was vague, had incorrect information and was empty of specific details such as detailed service history and crash history. The purchase deceptively added in a "free trial" to the monthly subscription which was over 10x the price of the report. Protect yourself and look for another vehicle history provider.

Total scam Total scam. Report I verified was complete nonsense, reporting incorrect history beginning to end. And they hook you with a $1 payment that renews at $49 shortly after. They know most people don't need a monthly subscription, but the point is to hook you into at least one unexpected payment they will jot refund.

It's a scam company. It's a scam company. I've ordered their 3-days trial for 1 USD. With no obligations to continue. Of course, they have read my card information. Just after using it for a couple of hours, I clicked the cancel subscription button. 11 days later, they charge me 49,99 USD for premium membership. They refuse to refund, telling me that they don't see the history of me canceling the subscription, even though I've never logged back to the account or downloaded any more VINs since day 1. Be very careful, they're trying to catch customers on their money.

Systematic scam company Systematic scam company, even going so far and pushing/"convincing" trustpilot to delete older negative feedback! Look at the history, I had the impression, no negative feedback older than 6 month! Thats the way how "successful business" is built. Today my feedback from Novemer 2023 has been taken offline by Trustpilot with feedback " epicvin hat uns gemeldet, dass Ihre Bewertung schädliche oder rechtswidrige Inhalte enthält."
