The report was vague, had incorrect information and was empty of specific details such as detailed service history and crash history. The purchase deceptively added in a "free trial" to the monthly subscription which was over 10x the price of the report. Protect yourself and look for another vehicle history provider.

Major SCAM Major SCAM. Paid the $14.99 and received a message that stated "We're sorry you didn't find the information you were looking for. As an apology, we'll be happy to add a free report to your account." I contacted customer service and explained that I purchased a vehicle check this but there was no information so I would like my money back but they declined. I contacted my credit card company and with the email exchange, they refunded my money. Don't fall for this SCAM.

This service is fantastic and very… This service is fantastic and very detailed, especially when buying a car. While the subscription fee should be noted during the free trial, the ability to pay only $20 for a single report is convenient. It instills confidence in your car-buying decision.
