GBOrdered a dirt bike they sent the wrong one and want me to pay shipping and restocking fee I purchased a RPS 125DLX 17" front rim 14" rear. Well they shipped me a different model and want me to pay 15% restock fee and return shipping of $400 then proceed to tell me they don't sell that model on their website it says that's the model I bought on my receipt shows the picture of the bike the name the SKU and then tell me you don't sell that bike they clearly don't give a flying F about their customer I just spent over $3,000 at this store and they can't even make this right by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life they act like our hard-earned money is nothing as long as they're paid where's the integrity?? Please make this right motibuys. Andrew was no help at all and BOB never answered any calls or emails.

GBPrices are good, staff is nice. Prices are good. Staff is attentive, helpful and welcoming. My order took just a little longer because of how far away I live from them. They let me know promptly that it would take a little longer and didn't leave me in the dark, I appreciated that a lot.

GBMotobuys cares about giving quality service I chose motobuys after a different company didn’t have the time to return my email. I emailed motobuys and they responded in no time (I still haven’t heard back from the other company 😂). The ordering process was easy and they supplied a tracking number within 6 business days. I’m located in PA and received my Trailmaster 35, 12 days after ordering. The bike came in pristine condition. My only complaint is that the bike doesn’t come with assembly directions. I had to use a competitor’s assembly video on YouTube with a similar bike. No big deal if you have some kind of mechanical ability. Order from these folks, the customer service is amazing!

GBBought a Trailmaster scooter in June… Bought a Trailmaster scooter in June 2023. It doesn't start. We reached out to them by phone and email numorous times and tried to take advantage of the warranty. Nothing got resolved. Reached out to the BBB and they did nothing . At the end of it all Motobuys offered to allow us to return it for a full refund if we paid the $600 in return shipping charges. $600!!!! So it sits unusable. We will be reaching out to the States of Texas attorney general and small claims court.
