So when it came to being transferred to the finance department nothing changed with the amounts owed. I appreciate that. No surprises. Upon picking the RV we met Sheila, very nice lady. Horrible never ever deal with these people They lied to me about the down payment when i made it perfectly clear i wad putting 2000 down ! I jave it in text . They never once mentioned that another 2000 was to nr brought at closing . Idrove 300 miles and took a day off wrk. For nothing !! His manager was rude and said my 2000 i put down was non refundable!! I payed insurance like they said and fuel money and they did not care one way are another that i left there with no rv yet they kept my money . Oh and they ran my card with out my approval. I told them i would call and tell them when to run my card . For the 2000 down They ran it twice before i called them for the gonahead. Extremely unprofessional people . Do not trust anything they tell you . As well they never sent me a contract via emsil like o ask tnem to .

RV depot and colt salesman I bought a toy hauler with the salesman name is colt he took very excellent care of us winning going out of his way to help seal the deal. They as RV depot went over everything in the trailer with us and made sure everything worked and made sure everything was filled and ready to go work roadworthy when we arrive to pick up our trailer. It was very easy processI. I would recommend RV depot and colt as a sales person to anyone out there looking to purchase an RV
