GBItem was delivered freight-damaged Item was delivered freight-damaged. It was accepted in perfect condition by the driver and, when delivered, it had suffered a hit to the top of the soda fountain damaging the entire upper portion of the machine. It appears to have either been dropped or struck by another piece of freight when being moved by a forklift. The office staff was very efficient in keeping me informed with regular telephone calls and text messages. I finally asked them to speak directly with the receiver and cut me out as a middle man.

GBGreat customer service and best prices I have used them twice for long distance freight for heavy machinery and my so far I have nothing but good thing. the communication is excellent, they do the most to try to find the lowest price out there and most important my delivery is safe. We did run into delays with the driver but Fletes USA did everything to accommodate things or found me another driver for the same price.
