Excellent service Excellent service! Used Bonvu service in January 2022 to ship the laptop from NewEgg to Europe. They did everything well. Have to admit that it was not possible to reach them via phone, but the always responded quickly via the email. After my laptop been received I realized the screen issue (different screen, FHD instead of UHD) due to seller's mistake. NewEgg issued refund to Bonvu and they kindly forwarded that to my account. Thanks again and I recommend Bonvu to everyone!

Unusable It can hardly be said that the goods have been put together. Goods are not properly packaged for a long freight period. Very expensive goods even arrive broken and therefore basically unusable in France because they are in no way was prepared for the long transport. (Additional outer packaging or similar). Freight costs are ultimately considerably more expensive than if you have it shipped directly from the seller. So Bonvu - if at all - only makes sense if you buy from dealers who do not otherwise send to Europe. But then you should plan a substantial surcharge. UPDATE 12.Jan.21 Today I unpacked the RAMMSCHUTZ from the last shipment. I thought because it looked well packaged, I'll store it for now. And you can hardly believe it: Even the RAMM PROTECTION is completely bent and has dents in the pipe. Incredible - a dented and completely bent BUMPER GUARD

Excellent service provider Excellent service provider I have used Bonvu's services several times and have always been satisfied. Packages are forwarded the same day and, if requested, are already checked for any damage upon arrival at Bonvu. I have even had ceramics sent halfway around the world to Germany, that they arrived undamaged I have only Bonvu to thank, not the actual seller.
