Would like to see one thing changed… I really am satisfied with using the Road Ex card at loves travel stops. The only issue I would like to see changed is the discount was shown immediately after purchase. It would help me a lot because of the way I do my paperwork for my business. Other than that one thing, I really do like the company and card

Voiced Problem Never Corrected I've been asking for an issue to be fixed that involves me not being able to log in no matter that I am one hundred percent using the correct username and password. If my driver is at the pump and needs assistance and I need to log into Roadex, upon logging in, it will tell me that my username/password is incorrect (and it will indeed be correct) and if I keep attempting to log in, it will tell me I've made too many attempts and will lock me out for 30 minutes. At the end of 30 mins, I'll attempt to log back in with the exact same username and password I used previously and NOW it works. By that time, it's too late for my driver or we have wasted time waiting at the pump for 30 minutes for this issue to automatically correct itself. This has caused me to have to go to JB Hunt and get a fuel card where I do not have this issue at all.
