GBTawana did her thing with this course Tawana did her thing with this course. Before training I didn't really know much about dispatching. The course is very informative, it includes all the information you need to become a dispatcher. Along with the course guide she gives you templates and access to a private group with herself and others that have taken the course. I would refer her training course to anyone that is wanting to become a dispatcher.
