GBHyper Auto Transport is a Terrific Company Hauling this BMW for Hyper Auto Transport was a pleasure. Jason Williams was extremely respectful, appreciative and he provided excellent communication and assistance. Everything was prearranged for pickup and delivery without any hiccups whatsoever. We definitely look forward to working with this company frequently.

CAHyper auto transport are scammers This company has absolutely no credability. Marcus guaranteed me over a week ago that he would transport my vehicle for me. When I first spoke to him, he told me he was the transporter and that he was not an agent so there was no in between and it was going to be really simple. He gave me one price of $900. Over the next couple days, I could tell his story was changing and he actually wasn’t the transporter not only that I told him and in writing do not try to scam me and inflate the price and he had over one week to pick the vehicle up Now on day six he has decided to call me and try and charge me $1600 700 more than I agreed too !! These people are unreal DO NOT USE THEM THERE ARE TRUE SCAMMERS!!

GBNEVER USE HYPER AUTO TRANSPORT In all of my years of shipping cars, this has been the worst and most misrepresented car transport experience ever. The reviews must be bogus and most likely falsely written. They use a low estimate to get business and then hike up the price and extort people on the day the pickup was promised. I have a copy of all text from “Max” and “Richard” from the beginning of the transaction promising the rate will stay the same. They reassured me at the time… No worries… we will be on the date we agreed upon. TOTALLY FALSE. That did not happen. They called me a few hours before pickup With a completely different story. I have one threatening text from one of them saying they were going to call the driver to leave our cars behind if I did not contact them immediately. I explained to the very impatient Max that l had a medical emergency at the hospital with my husband and did not have my phone. I then sent a partial deposit and what I had via zelle immediately until I could make another deposit to pay in full. I received my car from yet another transport company (not HYPERTRASPORT…. HYPERTRANSPORT IS ONLY A BROKER COMPANY with a lead board to troll unsuspecting people like me). Had I been dishonest, I could have just ignored paying the rest. I am filing a report about the company to interstate commerce and the FTC regarding misrepresentation and luring customers to sign contracts with false claims. I paid in full because that is who I am. They went from an agreed $1300 binding contract to pressuring me into $2,000 a few hours before our car was to be picked up. Sad and poor way to do business.
