Worst vehicle transport company in… Worst vehicle transport company in business. Nick Johns gave me a quote to ship my vehicle from Florida to Michigan for $850. I sent him $150 down payment and after 3 weeks and not shipping my vehicle he said he needed more money. I told him forget about it and just send my $150 back and I’ll find someone else. Nick emailed me and said he wasn’t sending me my deposit back because it was in the fine print of the contract that they don’t have to. If you want to get screwed over do business with this company.

William Todd LIES and I mean LIES LIES… William Todd LIES and I mean LIES LIES and more LIES. Generally he was correct yet He lied about the initial cost of transport and when the deal was done after the initial deposit the cost almost doubled. Finally after more than an hour of negotiating, we finally settled on a price of 225$ more than was in the contract I signed and put money down on. Lied to there in the first place. LIES first example. Another was the driver time to pickup totally off by days. He arranged a Tuesday early morning pickup it was the next day late afternoon for pickup. LIED TO AGAIN. when I spoke to his driver, I found out the actual truth of pickup, 48 hrs later than was planned, the pickup person who had the vehicle stored for me, had to take a day off because of the late date/time. Driver was correct on the date/time once I spoke to him and was courteous however William Todd kept lying right up to the time the driver got there to pick up car for shipment. William Todd their spokesman and representative, was never completely truthful with me. I suspect they as a company are well versed on how to get more money from you that the first quote. I suspect that anyone in their company will most likely do the same to anyone who gets a quote. William Todd was very well used to the lying and not being truthful. So, I suspect the same would be true to anyone who uses this transport company. The reason for one star, the car did arrive the next day with no apparent damages. The driver was very nice and was good at loading/unloading the car. That being said I still know how I was LIED to by William Todd. and his company most likely has done this so many times they are well versed at lying and then quoting less in the first quote and then changing the pricing. My experience I cannot recommend them to anyone wanting to ship a car.
