GBPrime Charter to the rescue!! Our high school football team had an away game about an hour and 40 minutes north of our school. The charter bus we had booked earlier in the week cancelled on us the day of the game. I called around frantically and found Prime Charter and their amazing agent Frank who was so helpful. He couldn’t find a driver locally but kept searching and found one out of SF for a little more money. The district office paid the invoice and they had the bus on the way immediately. The evening went off without a hitch and our driver, Li even stopped for the boys to get In & Out on the way home. I really appreciate that Frank understood the urgency of the situation and got it done. We will definitely use this company the next time we need a chartered bus.

JPIt was good because it's easy to… It was good because it's easy to reserve. The driver was kind and friendly. But, the additional fees were automatically charged and were very expensive. The driver did not specifically mention the extension fee, so I mistakenly assumed that no additional charges would be made. It would have been nice if he had alerted us. Nevertheless, it was a good service and I would use it again.
