USOur Southwest Airlines flight was on…Flight 1300 out of Denver Our Southwest Airlines flight was on time, and the passengers went to the baggage claim, carousel #5. There was no baggage seen after 20 minutes when a Southwest official arrived to assess the situation. 10 minutes later a PA announcement told us that the door on the plane’s storage area was stuck shut. It was opened in another 20 minutes and I got my luggage. As per instructions, I phoned in to a young lady to tell her which gate I was at, but I was in a parking garage area which was not collecting new arrivals. I then spoke to Vijay who told me to walk until I reached the street. In about 2 minutes, while still on the phone, he said he saw me, I recognized his license plate and we got together to start my way home. Both individuals were polite, knowledgeable and courteous given the unusual circumstances. I appreciate the experience.
