Titan Movers was easy to contact at all… Titan Movers was easy to contact at all hours. The people on the phone were always helpful. It was worth the extra cost. The driver did not speak English well but answered English texts promptly and was clear about the pick-up time and place. The driver was also friendly and polite. We had a reservation for transport with another company but it was difficult contacting them. Titan Movers guaranteed a pick-up date with an extra fee. The car made it to the destination intact. I will use this company again if I ever need another transport.

If there was a negative ten stars If there was a negative ten stars, I would give this company a negative ten stars!!! This company is a SCAM, a THEIF, and they do not issue a refund when they screw up!! I originally began working with TOM. We secured a pick up date and time and he requested a $100 deposit. He stated that it had to be paid via Zelle or CashApp...I should've known at that time that this company was suspicious because I couldn't pay with my card online like other companies. Once payment was received, they stated that they could not find a driver for the price they quoted and they doubled my price. At that time, I requested a REFUND. TOM then transferred me to his supervisor JOHN who gave me the run around and then later stated that they could not issue a refund because I decided to go with another company. Why on earth would I go with a scammer company that literally STOLE my money and lied about everything?? I may not have been able to get my $100 deposit back but consumers beware and don't become a victim like me. I will issue a review on every possible platform so that you guys do not trust this company. IT IS A SCAM!!!
