Their agents kept me abreast of the driver’s schedule a day out and followed up when it was time for pick up via phone calls. The bonded and licensed driving service did a fabulous job and their utilization of the superdispatch bill of lading online web service allowed tracking of shipment and view of all pictures taken at pickup and delivery. Strongly recommend Titan Movers Inc.’s service.

If there was a negative ten stars If there was a negative ten stars, I would give this company a negative ten stars!!! This company is a SCAM, a THEIF, and they do not issue a refund when they screw up!! I originally began working with TOM. We secured a pick up date and time and he requested a $100 deposit. He stated that it had to be paid via Zelle or CashApp...I should've known at that time that this company was suspicious because I couldn't pay with my card online like other companies. Once payment was received, they stated that they could not find a driver for the price they quoted and they doubled my price. At that time, I requested a REFUND. TOM then transferred me to his supervisor JOHN who gave me the run around and then later stated that they could not issue a refund because I decided to go with another company. Why on earth would I go with a scammer company that literally STOLE my money and lied about everything?? I may not have been able to get my $100 deposit back but consumers beware and don't become a victim like me. I will issue a review on every possible platform so that you guys do not trust this company. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Diligent and timely response I was working with John Wilson. He communicated well, was very prompt with getting me answers to my questions and trying to find the best solution for our situation. If ever, I am looking for their services again I would definitely reach out to John.
