GBWhere is my Car Where is my Car? I booked on Friday with quoted price of $750 - $800 but instantly get sent a contract for $800. Rep stated they had a driver for pick up Friday or latest Saturday morning. I do not receive a call and had to call them on Monday due to them not answering on weekend. Instantly hit with more bs of a driver being found but only for $100 more. I refused because why would I pay more for horrible service. They agreed and stated they would stick with orginal price and a driver would pick up car Monday evening. They confirmed the car was picked up by driver but then I call dealership who sends me image of my car still being there. I call Flix Auto again and they confirm they "thought" car was picked up but it would be picked up Tuesday evening with deliver to take place on Wednesday after 6pm. Flix confirmed driver had vehicle. I waited up until 10pm with no call or delivery. It is now Thursday and have called Flix and can't get anyone on the phone. They have charged my card for the deposit but have not delivered. This is the worst experience ever. Will provide update later.
