However, the signs of United Nation Van Lines being a really impressive company were there from the start. The office staff was polite and knowledgeable, always volunteering info so we understood how it worked. On moving day, the movers arrived early and got on with the job asap. Completed the entire thing ahead of schedule as well. They were fast but also careful. We moved from a studio apartment in VA to a 2-bedroom in CO.

They lied on their estimate, jacked the price up on moving day, then delivered late with thousands of dollars of smashed and scratched items. They also stole two expensive camping items including a Yeti cooler. When I put in a claim, their check bounced.

There is no confusion about the payments or rates, the schedules are always maintained and the movers themselves speak politely and are neatly dressed. I didn’t see any of these traits of reliable movers in the numerous companies I have used in the past few years. United Nation Van Lines handled my 2-bedroom move to Chattanooga like a boss and I am only too happy to add my words to their long list of recommendations.

United Nation Van Lines is the only one to have always given us excellent service as well as customer support, regardless of how long or complex a moves. United Nation Van Lines pretty much compelled me to write this one with how well they pulled off our recent move from Los Angeles, CA to Fort Worth, TX. It was conducted by young men in crisp, clean uniforms, driving a new-looking and clean truck. They were on time, polite, and worked hard. I am happy to have chosen them and recommend them highly.
