GBI wouldn’t have written a review for… I wouldn’t have written a review for just any average performance for any average company, let alone one that I give 5 stars for. United Nation Van Lines pretty much compelled me to write this one with how well they pulled off our recent move from Los Angeles, CA to Fort Worth, TX. It was conducted by young men in crisp, clean uniforms, driving a new-looking and clean truck. They were on time, polite, and worked hard. I am happy to have chosen them and recommend them highly.

GBThe move by this company was the move… The move by this company was the move from hell. They lied on their estimate, jacked the price up on moving day, then delivered late with thousands of dollars of smashed and scratched items. They also stole two expensive camping items including a Yeti cooler. When I put in a claim, their check bounced.

GBAnother 5 star rating from a loyal… Another 5 star rating from a loyal customer who has been hiring United Nation Van Lines for years. I have never seen their performance standards fall in all these hires, despite using them almost a dozen times already. They have been able to match the needs of our growing family with ease, still delivering with the same speed, nothing damaged or lost. This job involved moving our things out of a condominium in Chicago, IL to a 4-bedroom house in Castle Rock, CO.

GBI usually don’t take the time to write… I usually don’t take the time to write online reviews for any business but I can’t help but make an exception after hiring United Nation Van Lines. We were moving to Alabama from New Jersey (4 bedroom house in both states) and wanted an established company to handle it. United Nation Van Lines was recommended to us but we still did our own research before making a final decision. It has turned out to be the ideal choice because they literally delivered as promised despite the huge distances involved. Not only that, but the movers are friendly and hardworking. They easily earned this 5-star rating.

GBnot on your life… I have moved multible times and United Nation Vanlines is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. When my stuff was delivered which took 3 weeks, there were 5 different people unloading a 53 foot trailer & they wouldnt slow down so I could check everything and because of that I didnt know till latter that 3 boxes were missing. They made no attempt to recover my boxes and only want to pay $ 179.40 for damaging 3 pieces of furniture beyond repair 1 of which is an antique. If they were the only movers I still would not use them !!!!!!!!!!
