GBThey Don't Pay the Actual Carriers 2nd experience with this company is the complete opposite of our 1st experience. Contracted by North American Heavy Haul to haul freight for one of their clients - 3 months later, they still haven't paid us, despite the payment terms of 30-days. They were anxious to confirm date of delivery in order to charge their client, but as the company that actually hauled the freight and incurred the expenses, our attempts to collect payment continue to go unanswered. Attempts to contact them via various means (phone, email, chats) go unanswered. If you actually reach someone, that person can't help and transfers you to a generic voicemail.
