USI booked a trip from Waco to DFW… I booked a trip from Waco to DFW airport for Sunday morning on Friday night. Saturday, I received a phone call from the driver with kids screaming in the background and insisting that he changed the time to 4:00 AM because of the time change. I informed him that I needed to leave at 3:00 AM and I was aware of the time change. The driver picked me up Saturday morning. I had booked a sedan and he showed up in a Toyota Rav 4 SUV in poor condition as we were driving down the road it would shake. The driver was either impaired or extremely tired. Numerous times I had to talk to him to get on the correct side of the road. He was constantly drifting out of his lane, making extremely wide turns. He was driving either way too fast or way too slowly. We almost got into three serious car accidents. The last one I had to scream at the driver to avoid us getting into a T-bone car accident. Even though the other car was in the wrong, they had pulled out in front of us the driver was either distracted or again impaired and did not recognize the hazard in front of him. He also would accelerate to high speeds and then decelerate to 30 or 40 miles an hour at 5 going around corners this also created numerous hazards. I have asked the company for a refund as I am still shaking 4 hours later from this ride, and I was not providing the class of service that I booked. I have taken numerous rides in town cars, taxis and Ubers and I never have felt that my life has been so in danger as it was this morning. 03/08/2023 I just saw the review that you left about me and I emphatically want to state I'm not trying to scam anyone. Your service was absolutely horrible, your driver was unprofessional and obviously either impaired or extremely overworked and tired. I did ask for a refund because you did not provide the level of service that I had booked. when you book a sedan and the driver shows up in an old beat up Rav 4 that quite obviously was lacking in maintenance that is on your business for false advertising. I am a business professional and I travel extensively and never have I had such a horrible experience as I did with your company. The reason I posted this in numerous places was because I wanted to warn the public about your service so no one else gets scammed by your company. I prepaid the tip for the driver and I wish I had not prepaid because I would not have tipped him because of the horrible service that he and your company provided. Again, I am not trying to scam anyone. What I am trying to do is get the proper service for what I paid for.

USHappy with DFW Fast Taxi service Recently we had used DFWFastTaxi for DFW Airport, the owner itself came to pickup and was on-time, the black car which they brought was cleaned and appeared that he took extra care to disinfect it. Happy with all his service.
