USI would give zero stars if I could... I would give zero stars if I could... I'm hoping for some help from the online community. Recently we have had a very tough time moving our new to us boat from Florida up to the Great Lakes (Finally made it up, but we ended up doing it ourselves.) One of the companies did not fulfill their end of their agreement, and has been more than unethical, causing me great anxiety and distress. YouShip4Less.com was hired on June 7th to facilitate our vessel's move. A contract for a large amount of money was signed, to commence the process and finalize our agreement. One June 11th my deposit was received by this company. On June 14th this company called to inform me that the quote and contract given and executed could not be met, because the cost of the move would be DOUBLE (not exaggerating) what our contract outlined. So, on June 14th both parties agreed this would not work and that my money would be fully refunded, minus a $75 fee. This was acceptable to me. Move forward 3 months, I have still not received my large deposit back. I have called this company over 24 times and sent a dozen emails requesting my deposit be refunded, as agreed on June 14th. Each time I get a different reason for the delay, but nothing ever happens. I have reached out to an attorney, which feels that we have a great case and could file in Bayfield County Wisconsin, to make this process even less palatable than court in Florida, where this business is located. My final email to youship4less.com was informing them that my next step was to file a lawsuit in Wisconsin, if my money isn't finally returned. This time, no response. So my last ditch effort before proceeding to the court system is doing everything I can to bring awareness to this companies poor ethical behavior, online. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and now every social media platform they have a presence on. I'm asking of all of you for help spreading the word about this unprofessional and highly unethical company. I'm done playing games and I definitely understand the importance of a business's online reputation. DO NOT USE YouShip4Less!
