Celebration Rent a Car car and service… Celebration Rent a Car car and service was great. I totally recommend it. Staff is friendly and reliable and the car was in perfect conditions.

Unclear policies and terrible customer service They saved my credit card info without telling me and then charged me a pending balance without my authorization. Their excuse is that I did not reply to the wapp message right away. They also said it is obvious that they would keep my credit card info because all compaies do that. I understand this but I was never told about it. Their attitude when I complained about having my info and charging without permision was extremely rude and disrespectful.
