GBExcellent service Excellent service! Carlos was very attentive and always answers emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Had to change my reservation last minute due to a flight cancellation and he quickly answered my phone call and changed our reservation. If I had gone directly to the car rental agency to get my booking changed, they would have charged me a change fee.
