Orlando Hassel I rented a wheelchair from the Orlando location of this company. The chair itself was great. However, when I rented the chair I was not informed that I would have to be present for delivery; they would not/could not drop it off. I also had to coordinate the timing and it took multiple e-mails. Same thing for drop off; I had to coordinate a huge ordeal to drop off the wheelchair to the airport, which included transporting it in the Uber to the airport as the company could not be at my hotel for my checkout time. All in all the lady that I dealt with was very nice, but the entire experience was a lot of work and not worth the effort.

What a horrid company What a horrid company. I rented a wheelchair thinking it would be delivered in time for a show we were attending and they never called or let me know that it wasn’t available. They just canceled with an email. Steer away from this illegitimate company

What a horrible company What a horrible company and the subs they use are even worse. Rented a scooter in DC to participate in the Out of the Darkness walk for suicide prevention after an accident prevented me from walking. Scooter died after 1 mile. Had sent numerous messages through the company's website- no reply. After sending a direct email to the company, Malia Shelton, said she would get back to me within 24 hours, ever did. I've left many voicemails, sent many emails and even called the company who brought the scooter. No one was helpful. I was even called a liar. No refund!
