good and bad! I have rented 2 times with this company and my experience has been good. Great hourly rates! At 9/30/23 On the third time my reservation had already been confirmed by them but then I received an email telling me that it was cancelled, I emailed them back asking the reason for the cancellation and they never responded.

Absolute GARBAGE Absolute S H i T ! Completely ruined the move i had plan for the Weekend in Jacksonville FL. High recommend you do not use this service. IF YOU SEE A guy named "SHANE S." DON'T RENT People do not communicate worth a F*** on this app, verify license takes wayyyyyy too long. The prices are cheap for a reason. Don't waste your time. Would give 0 stars if i could

Fluid will let you down. It just will. Do not give them the chance. Let's go over the good before I tell you why you should never do business with this company. Fluid buys cargo vans that have really been through it, and allows it customers to take a chance on their continued use, but for a low price, Fluid has a good enough app, that allows their customers to find an available van 24/7, and check out that van as needed. My business requires we rental cargo vans, sometimes with little notice, and Fluid seemed like it was THE solution we were looking for. On price and availability. it was too good to be true ... And it wasn't true. On more than one occasion, we have booked a van at a location that does not seem to exist, to the van own question is not there. We have sent people out into the night, driving 30-45 minutes to get a van. Only to have them circling some remote area, and finding nothing. With no real help from customer service. On more than one occasion, the van we rented was completely out go fuel. On more than one occasion, the van we rented was dangerously unreliable or damaged. On one occasion, my people had issues with the app, and took the wrong van (which should not have been possible). Despite Fluid having all of the information about the correct van still being on the lot, and who had been at the lot when the other van was taken (which should not have been possible), Fluid repossessed the van from the street (in front of our billing address), with thousands of dollars of our equipment and rental items in it. We called Fluid to check with them about their van tracking, before we called the police to report the theft. They advised me to report the theft. This story gets worse, but eventually a sales manager offered to make good on our loses if we kept this quiet. We were quiet, and we never heard from him again. I still have the keys to that van. Then, in desperation, we tried Fluid again. We drove out to a lot to get a cargo van. Started the check out process, and noticed damage, including a flat tire. Customer service was lovely, but unable to help. There were no other vans available in our area. So two people from my company lost two hours, during crunch time, and we had to scramble to get a van from another company. Just get a van from another company *** I have the emails, texts, and notes from phone calls to verify every event ***

I reserved a van in a specific location… I reserved a van in a specific location and they confirmed me almost 50 miles away. I tried to contact them yet there is no number, email or anyway to speak with anybody. The live chat is non-existent Needless to say I will be cancelling

Had to give 1 star...should be 0. I can't really rate my experience, as I am still waiting to find my van. Their map still shows it at it's original location, which it's not. Customer support sent me a pin for a new location where it was supposed to be, but it wasn't there, & the pin was marking a spot that was impossible for any vehicle to be parked there. Apparently they can't track their own vehicles as the map still shows it at original location. Although the app does now show only van there instead of 2. My reservation being the one that's missing. They don't seem to be very organized & the app definitely not synced up with their map. We've tried contacting whoever had the previous reservation...no response. We've tried contacting the lender...no response. Maybe the lender said "Hey. I need my van today after all.", & came & took it. I don't know how a company like this still operates & I definitely don't know how they got so many good reviews. Perhaps we just got unlucky. So, $$$ down the drain for a driver that's been sitting around waiting. Guess will give U-Haul a try.
