Jack listened to my silly questions and never laughed! Fixed what neede to be done and put the new tires on at market rate. He also took the time to show me things I needed to know on the bike. He will be the only one I bring it to. Have been to many others over the years, on LI, Brooklyn and Queens. No need to go anywhere else. He is a No BS guy and knows his stuff. John
