I called US Rider when my tow vehicle… I called US Rider when my tow vehicle was having some issues. It was such a great experience, had my location down and a tow truck arrived within an hour and a half. Much better then Allstate roadside.

From the time I made the phone call… From the time I made the phone call that I needed help. The girl on the end of the line was very helpful. Big wrecker that they sent out It’s very knowledgeable with the situation I was in. He was very professional and very caring. And I highly recommend you guys to eve that I see.

The worst service that you could… The worst service that you could possibly pay for. Biggest waste of money ever. Completely useless service when you're in a panic and need help quickly. Also nice to see that you delete and block reviews on your Facebook page that don't match the false narrative you've created. I am just one of many in my area who have had the worst time trying to use you guys in a break down. Thankfully, I've switched to Trail Guard and turned all my friends onto them as well.

Great for dispatch, not so much for problem resolution. All USRider team members with whom I spoke were professional and as helpful as policy allowed. However, when I ran into issues with a USRider-contracted service provider, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.
