GBGreat for dispatch, not so much for problem resolution. All USRider team members with whom I spoke were professional and as helpful as policy allowed. However, when I ran into issues with a USRider-contracted service provider, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.

GBI called US Rider when my tow vehicle… I called US Rider when my tow vehicle was having some issues. It was such a great experience, had my location down and a tow truck arrived within an hour and a half. Much better then Allstate roadside.
