I would never use this broker again I would never use this broker again. They do not own the trucks and sent me a moving company with F rating at the Better Business Bureau (PackRite Movers- stay away from them as well). Mega Van Lines estimate was grossly incorrect. I ended up paying $5,000 more than the binding estimate they initially gave me. My things have still not been delivered and I had to pay 70% of the costs up front. Additionally, the movers broke the light off the wall on the front porch when the decided to hold the door open by taping it to the light. Do your own research, but, I would not trust this company.

I moved from NJ to Florida with MEGA… I moved from NJ to Florida with MEGA VAN LINES ,and l had a real nightmare ! They gave me a reasonable estimate , and then they over charged me Do not use this company at all , they have the worst service ,they ruin your property and they’re late for everything! Worst company ever !

Total SCAM company . Please please please Don’t use Initially they gave less money quote and get deposit and I increase the quote drastically. It is a big scam company. Please please please don’t go with these positive reviews, you will realize this SCAM company after you deposit money, Nasty Arrogant worst company with no ethics. unprofessional company they never return your deposit on top of that they scream on customers.

Can we all get together and sue this… Can we all get together and sue this dishonest morally bankrupt company? The good reviews must be employees of this company. Same story here, payed $2500 up front scheduled the move, we took a week off work unpaid and traveled 1400 mi a few days before the move, Eric called and said the cubic footage was under estimated and wanted to add cost. We informed him it was correct. Then the truck dropped us for a better paying load, supposedly. Currently we still can't get a truck, no refund, and screening our phone number. If we call from a different number we get an answer. Our Lawyer said we must get a lawyer from Florida and it would cost more then $2500. So can we get together and shut this company's scams down.

Mega Van Lines breached contract and told us we have to sue them Mega Van Lines breached contract and left us high and dry on our move three hours after our arrival window on the last moving day of the month on our lease. Someone told us we would get a refund, but we were later told that if we want our money back we have to sue them. They are withholding $1800 of our money, for services they could not provide, and breached contract, and then gave us false confirmation of a refund that later we were told we aren't getting. They are forcing us to take legal action. We do not deserve this, no one does. I have never worked with a company that is so unprofessional. Obviously we were upset that they breached contract. Obviously we were upset that they cancelled on us 3 hours after our arrival window because they hired movers who didn't have proper paperwork. I was literally in hysterical tears. I lived in an apartment building with moving guidelines and rules. Because of this cancellation we had to pay our building $300 to move into the late hours of the evening, and we had to pay a fortune for another company (DUMBO) to come save the day last minute. Mega Van Lines has cost us SO much money, extreme emotional damage, and now over a month after our move we still cannot get a single response from anyone at the company. They are quite literally screening us, and all we want is our money back. Which is the LEAST of what this company is really responsible for. They are not just responsible for our refund, but for the emotional damage they have caused on top of the cost we had to pay for other movers to help us in a pinch. I am truly advising that you do not choose this company. No one should have to go through what they are putting us through. I still cannot wrap my head around why they are acting spiteful. I keep saying to my husband, I don't understand..they breached contract they said that they were refunding us, why is this happening. And he said that the manager is being spiteful. The thing that is baffling to me, is that they have no right to be spiteful to us. We didn't do anything wrong. We provided everything they asked for and more. We told them what we needed days in advance. They chose to ignore those requests and when we asked their employees the days leading up to the move if they had everything and to provide us the documents since our building was asking, they literally shut us up and said "We do moves ALL the time in NYC and we know what we are doing so relax". I consider us to be reasonable people, who were reacting to a bad situation. So if they are spiteful because we were upset, they shouldn't be running a business. They have an opportunity now to make this right and issue us our refund. I don't want to sue them... I just moved into a house, I am grieving the loss of my dad and uncle who both passed away two weeks before our move, and I just want to move on and be done with this. But we need the money. We need our money. Please do the right thing Mega Van Lines. I am begging you.
