I appreciate the transparency in how things are handled.

The service works fine, but communication could be more frequent without needing to request updates manually.

I didn’t have major problems, but the onboarding process could definitely be explained better for beginners. It wasn’t very intuitive at the start.

Overall a positive experience.

One of my withdrawals took longer than expected, although it was eventually processed. That part could definitely be improved.
