The service works, but I feel like communication could be more consistent. Sometimes I had to reach out myself to get updates instead of receiving them automatically.

Support is helpful.

Overall it’s a decent service, but I think the interface could be improved. It feels slightly outdated and not as smooth as other platforms I’ve used.

The onboarding process was quick.

Everything worked fine, but one of my withdrawals was delayed by a few days. It wasn’t a major issue, but definitely something that could be improved.
