Problems Bike arrived quickly. Constructed it eventually but afetr the 12 hour charge there is no response when the handlebar controller power button is pushed for >3 seconds. Also the app will not identify the bike via bluetooth. Still waiting for a response from customer service. Need some urgent help (no human being to speak to so very frustrated).

Christmas gift surprise Hi there, just wanted to take the opportunity and thank ADO for its very kind Christmas gift that has arrived from Madrid today. Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. Urban Rider Have two bikes from this company ADO 20 folding bike and DECE 300 I have so far found them to be up to expectations for the price and build quality so no complaints there Found the company acted quickly to a couple of niggles I had with accessories with good grace Overall enjoyable experience as ADO are building their bike brand

4 ado 20 bikes bought only 2 works I bought 4 ado 20 bikes in June 2023. 5 months later : 2 bikes stopped working with a E06 error. Impossible to fix the damned error. I have contacted the support team and they ask picture of the controller cable (impossible to replace the controller without cutting connectivity cable. I will not recommend the bikes based on my 3600 euro purchase
