Exceptional and I’m now a loyal customer I purchased my ADO Air 20 a few weeks ago and not only do I love the bike but the customer service has been exception with regards to a few niggles I have had and also in answering questions. My ado air 28 international is a great… My ado air 28 international is a great bike nice and comfy I have changed seat and pedals and grips but that was a personal thing original ones were ok , easy to build with Allen bolts rather than Phillips screws which can round off, I got it in grey which I think looks good ,people say about the hills well mine flies them has good as other e-bikes costing three times the price which I own.
