I recently bought the ADOa20xe I recently bought the ADOa20xe, good bike for travelling short distances in city centres. I Drove 200 km and did not encounter any issues appart from the battery who appears to be in need for recharging earlier then predescribed. Bike is quite heavy for lifting in and out public transport. On the other hand it is less fragile and drives more comfortable The ignition key to put on the battery below the frame is useless as well as the seven gears. One gear would be sufficient for experienced cycliste.

My worst experience of buying online I purchase a Ado ebike in December 2023, but did not receive the bike till the second week of Jan 2024. I found that there was a problem and asked for a refund Ado eBike wasted my time and then said I since I had the ebike for over 14 days I was not entitled to one. I pointed out that I asked for a refund on day 10. Ado ebike finally agreed to a refund. I had to chase Ado Ebike for a return label and it took me an additional 3 months to get my refund after taking legal advise from a solicitor.

4 ado 20 bikes bought only 2 works I bought 4 ado 20 bikes in June 2023. 5 months later : 2 bikes stopped working with a E06 error. Impossible to fix the damned error. I have contacted the support team and they ask picture of the controller cable (impossible to replace the controller without cutting connectivity cable. I will not recommend the bikes based on my 3600 euro purchase

Great commuter choice Ado Air 20s is a super-commuter bike, perfect for everyday use and ideal for anyone who needs a "clean" and quick mean of transport to get safely to the jobplace in a question of minutes. No less importat is the aftermarket service, always ready to promptly solve any issue. Finally, after few months of use, I can say ADO was the best choice ever.

Great bike and smooth experience I recently purchased the Ado Air 20, and I must say, the experience has been fantastic. One of my favorite features is its folding capability, allowing me to effortlessly place it in my trunk for portability. Although there was a slight delay in response, the Ado support team was very helpful and passionate, ensuring that all my questions about the bike's software were perfectly resolved. Additionally, the community atmosphere around ADO is welcoming and informative. I spent quite some time observing discussions in the ADO group before finally deciding to buy the Air 20. This bike has truly exceeded my expectations. Should any issues arise with the bike in the future, I'll be sure to update my review to reflect those experiences.
