BETop notch customer service & Facebook-contests The customer service from ADO is amongst the best I've ever experienced. Because of the time difference it sometimes takes a little longer to receive a reply, but I haven't had a single question they ignored. In their official Facebook group, they do several times contests for ADO-owners, where everyone has a fair chance of winning. I've won 1 time 😁 In the holiday-period they send out gifts to several random owners. They also gave me and some other owners the opportunity to test new products to receive honest reviews about them, even if the review turns out to be negative. ADO listens to its customers and upgrade their products where necessary and possible. Some materials on the bike are a bit cheaper to have an interesting end price for the bike, but they're definitely not bad materials. You can easily change items on the bike if you dislike 'em: I've changed to handlebars to a wider model, pedals also bit wider and over time I've changed the braking pads (original mechanical brakes are still on the bike). Proud ADO A20F+ owner for ±17 months by now. I'm 2m07, that's why I preferred wider handlebars and bigger pedals. Bike fits absolutely perfect

GBProblems Bike arrived quickly. Constructed it eventually but afetr the 12 hour charge there is no response when the handlebar controller power button is pushed for >3 seconds. Also the app will not identify the bike via bluetooth. Still waiting for a response from customer service. Need some urgent help (no human being to speak to so very frustrated).

GBUrban Rider Have two bikes from this company ADO 20 folding bike and DECE 300 I have so far found them to be up to expectations for the price and build quality so no complaints there Found the company acted quickly to a couple of niggles I had with accessories with good grace Overall enjoyable experience as ADO are building their bike brand

ITGreat commuter choice Ado Air 20s is a super-commuter bike, perfect for everyday use and ideal for anyone who needs a "clean" and quick mean of transport to get safely to the jobplace in a question of minutes. GBI ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.
