BEProblème chargement After 8 months of use, I've got a problem with my battery (Ado20 Air folding bikeAdo20 Air folding bike). It's no longer charging at 100%, so my range is only 20-25km. How is it possible to have so little range? I first had a good contact with customer service, who sent me back a battery, but the problem persists and since then I've had no reaction from them!

GBUrban Rider Have two bikes from this company ADO 20 folding bike and DECE 300 I have so far found them to be up to expectations for the price and build quality so no complaints there Found the company acted quickly to a couple of niggles I had with accessories with good grace Overall enjoyable experience as ADO are building their bike brand

GB4 ado 20 bikes bought only 2 works I bought 4 ado 20 bikes in June 2023. 5 months later : 2 bikes stopped working with a E06 error. Impossible to fix the damned error. I have contacted the support team and they ask picture of the controller cable (impossible to replace the controller without cutting connectivity cable. I will not recommend the bikes based on my 3600 euro purchase

NLReview based on experience so far…l am… Review based on experience so far…l am trying to order after much research on e-bikes. I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.

GBI ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.
