Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. I ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.

I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.

Great commuter choice Ado Air 20s is a super-commuter bike, perfect for everyday use and ideal for anyone who needs a "clean" and quick mean of transport to get safely to the jobplace in a question of minutes. No less importat is the aftermarket service, always ready to promptly solve any issue. Finally, after few months of use, I can say ADO was the best choice ever.

Exceptional and I’m now a loyal customer I purchased my ADO Air 20 a few weeks ago and not only do I love the bike but the customer service has been exception with regards to a few niggles I have had and also in answering questions. I can’t recommend enough and they have a very loyal customer here.
