NLI recently bought the ADOa20xe I recently bought the ADOa20xe, good bike for travelling short distances in city centres. I Drove 200 km and did not encounter any issues appart from the battery who appears to be in need for recharging earlier then predescribed. Bike is quite heavy for lifting in and out public transport. On the other hand it is less fragile and drives more comfortable The ignition key to put on the battery below the frame is useless as well as the seven gears. One gear would be sufficient for experienced cycliste.

Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. GBGreat bike and smooth experience I recently purchased the Ado Air 20, and I must say, the experience has been fantastic. The ride is incredibly smooth, and the bike's weight is manageable, making it easy for me to handle. One of my favorite features is its folding capability, allowing me to effortlessly place it in my trunk for portability. Although there was a slight delay in response, the Ado support team was very helpful and passionate, ensuring that all my questions about the bike's software were perfectly resolved. Additionally, the community atmosphere around ADO is welcoming and informative. I spent quite some time observing discussions in the ADO group before finally deciding to buy the Air 20. This bike has truly exceeded my expectations. Should any issues arise with the bike in the future, I'll be sure to update my review to reflect those experiences.

NLReview based on experience so far…l am… Review based on experience so far…l am trying to order after much research on e-bikes. I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.

GBI ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.
