GBI ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.

ITGreat commuter choice Ado Air 20s is a super-commuter bike, perfect for everyday use and ideal for anyone who needs a "clean" and quick mean of transport to get safely to the jobplace in a question of minutes. No less importat is the aftermarket service, always ready to promptly solve any issue. Finally, after few months of use, I can say ADO was the best choice ever.

GBGreat bike and smooth experience I recently purchased the Ado Air 20, and I must say, the experience has been fantastic. The ride is incredibly smooth, and the bike's weight is manageable, making it easy for me to handle. One of my favorite features is its folding capability, allowing me to effortlessly place it in my trunk for portability. Although there was a slight delay in response, the Ado support team was very helpful and passionate, ensuring that all my questions about the bike's software were perfectly resolved. Additionally, the community atmosphere around ADO is welcoming and informative. I spent quite some time observing discussions in the ADO group before finally deciding to buy the Air 20. This bike has truly exceeded my expectations. Should any issues arise with the bike in the future, I'll be sure to update my review to reflect those experiences.

GBGreat e-bike and excellent customer service. Ive had my Ado Air for almost a year and over 1000 miles. Its a very well made and reliable e-bike, perfect for my daily commute. Ado have excellent customer service and respond in a timely fashion on social media or WhatsApp. Ado also show appreciation for their customers with occasional free gifts and special offers. Overall, I highly recommend and will be keeping an eye on future products if i need to upgrade.

IEReturning customer This is my second ado ebike. To date I have had no issues with either bike except for the widely reported rubbing brakes which are a relatively minor fix. Although ado are a relatively new company they seem to be doing all the right things to ensure customer satisfaction. The new ado air with torc sensor, snarf display, app and carbon belt with the promise of little maintaince is why I chose to stay with this brand over others. The after care/customer service provided when need is really helpful. The bike itself performes really well in both assisted mode and pure electric and easily switching between both modes. The only negative I can say about the bike is the way the motor cuts out when you reach the max assist speed and if feels like there is a big restince until you drop below the max assist speed and the motor cuts in again. It almost as if the bike wont let you peddle beyond 28 kph. This probably has something to do with carbon belt over chain. Overall really happy with the bike
