WORST EXPERINCE EVER We ordered 2 bikes in Oct 23, one off the bikes was sub standard and was returned. When the 2nd bike was replaced it was a different, colour, controller, decal and missing a carrier we had paid for. it is now March 24 we still have not had the order fulfilled and ADO are not answering my emails. These Bikes were meant as Christmas presents 2023, the ADO advertising states 48 hour delivery, we're still waiting and its March 2024. We have photos and a email trail to back all this up, ADO have made excuses, told blatant lies and have our money, buyer be very aware

I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.

Christmas gift surprise Hi there, just wanted to take the opportunity and thank ADO for its very kind Christmas gift that has arrived from Madrid today. Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. Great e-bike and excellent customer service. Ive had my Ado Air for almost a year and over 1000 miles. Its a very well made and reliable e-bike, perfect for my daily commute. Ado have excellent customer service and respond in a timely fashion on social media or WhatsApp. Ado also show appreciation for their customers with occasional free gifts and special offers. Overall, I highly recommend and will be keeping an eye on future products if i need to upgrade.
