Problems Bike arrived quickly. Constructed it eventually but afetr the 12 hour charge there is no response when the handlebar controller power button is pushed for >3 seconds. Also the app will not identify the bike via bluetooth. Still waiting for a response from customer service. Need some urgent help (no human being to speak to so very frustrated).

Great commuter choice Ado Air 20s is a super-commuter bike, perfect for everyday use and ideal for anyone who needs a "clean" and quick mean of transport to get safely to the jobplace in a question of minutes. No less importat is the aftermarket service, always ready to promptly solve any issue. Finally, after few months of use, I can say ADO was the best choice ever.

Returning customer This is my second ado ebike. To date I have had no issues with either bike except for the widely reported rubbing brakes which are a relatively minor fix. Although ado are a relatively new company they seem to be doing all the right things to ensure customer satisfaction. The new ado air with torc sensor, snarf display, app and carbon belt with the promise of little maintaince is why I chose to stay with this brand over others. The after care/customer service provided when need is really helpful. The bike itself performes really well in both assisted mode and pure electric and easily switching between both modes. The only negative I can say about the bike is the way the motor cuts out when you reach the max assist speed and if feels like there is a big restince until you drop below the max assist speed and the motor cuts in again. It almost as if the bike wont let you peddle beyond 28 kph. This probably has something to do with carbon belt over chain. Overall really happy with the bike

My ado air 28 international is a great… My ado air 28 international is a great bike nice and comfy I have changed seat and pedals and grips but that was a personal thing original ones were ok , easy to build with Allen bolts rather than Phillips screws which can round off, I got it in grey which I think looks good ,people say about the hills well mine flies them has good as other e-bikes costing three times the price which I own.

I recently bought the ADOa20xe I recently bought the ADOa20xe, good bike for travelling short distances in city centres. I Drove 200 km and did not encounter any issues appart from the battery who appears to be in need for recharging earlier then predescribed. Bike is quite heavy for lifting in and out public transport. On the other hand it is less fragile and drives more comfortable The ignition key to put on the battery below the frame is useless as well as the seven gears. One gear would be sufficient for experienced cycliste.
