I ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.

Great e-bike and excellent customer service. Ive had my Ado Air for almost a year and over 1000 miles. Its a very well made and reliable e-bike, perfect for my daily commute. Ado have excellent customer service and respond in a timely fashion on social media or WhatsApp. Ado also show appreciation for their customers with occasional free gifts and special offers. Overall, I highly recommend and will be keeping an eye on future products if i need to upgrade.

Christmas gift surprise Hi there, just wanted to take the opportunity and thank ADO for its very kind Christmas gift that has arrived from Madrid today. Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.
