4 ado 20 bikes bought only 2 works I bought 4 ado 20 bikes in June 2023. 5 months later : 2 bikes stopped working with a E06 error. Impossible to fix the damned error. I have contacted the support team and they ask picture of the controller cable (impossible to replace the controller without cutting connectivity cable. I will not recommend the bikes based on my 3600 euro purchase

Exceptional and I’m now a loyal customer I purchased my ADO Air 20 a few weeks ago and not only do I love the bike but the customer service has been exception with regards to a few niggles I have had and also in answering questions. I can’t recommend enough and they have a very loyal customer here.

My worst experience of buying online I purchase a Ado ebike in December 2023, but did not receive the bike till the second week of Jan 2024. I found that there was a problem and asked for a refund Ado eBike wasted my time and then said I since I had the ebike for over 14 days I was not entitled to one. I pointed out that I asked for a refund on day 10. Ado ebike finally agreed to a refund. I had to chase Ado Ebike for a return label and it took me an additional 3 months to get my refund after taking legal advise from a solicitor.

Problems Bike arrived quickly. Constructed it eventually but afetr the 12 hour charge there is no response when the handlebar controller power button is pushed for >3 seconds. Also the app will not identify the bike via bluetooth. Still waiting for a response from customer service. Need some urgent help (no human being to speak to so very frustrated).

I bought an air 20 and was so satisfied… I bought an air 20 and was so satisfied with the product as well as the customer support that I bought a second one 2 months later ;-) Product: I searched a lot on the internet, but only this one checked all points important to me: - light and easy-foldable (easy for my 12y old daughter to take up and off public transport / trunk of car) - decent battery range that allows for longer weekend trips - no chain that gets your pants dirty - good instant support when needed (without taking away the pleasant part of cycling) Support: I had issues to connect my phone to the bike. I was promptly put in contact with the app developer over whatsapp. He supplied me with step by step instructions and custom-made video to help me out.
