GBI ordered an ebike, faulty I ordered an ebike, however after a few days it stopped working. I made contact with Ado and was given some troubleshooting information however this didn't resolve the issue. I was told that a replacement bike would be shipped to me, however communication has gone quiet and I have had no response. Really disappointed with the customer service. Waiting for weeks and weeks for either a replacement or refund. It's frustrating that no one is responding to me.

BEProblème chargement After 8 months of use, I've got a problem with my battery (Ado20 Air folding bikeAdo20 Air folding bike). It's no longer charging at 100%, so my range is only 20-25km. How is it possible to have so little range? I first had a good contact with customer service, who sent me back a battery, but the problem persists and since then I've had no reaction from them!

IEReturning customer This is my second ado ebike. To date I have had no issues with either bike except for the widely reported rubbing brakes which are a relatively minor fix. Although ado are a relatively new company they seem to be doing all the right things to ensure customer satisfaction. The new ado air with torc sensor, snarf display, app and carbon belt with the promise of little maintaince is why I chose to stay with this brand over others. The after care/customer service provided when need is really helpful. The bike itself performes really well in both assisted mode and pure electric and easily switching between both modes. The only negative I can say about the bike is the way the motor cuts out when you reach the max assist speed and if feels like there is a big restince until you drop below the max assist speed and the motor cuts in again. It almost as if the bike wont let you peddle beyond 28 kph. This probably has something to do with carbon belt over chain. Overall really happy with the bike

GBWORST EXPERINCE EVER We ordered 2 bikes in Oct 23, one off the bikes was sub standard and was returned. When the 2nd bike was replaced it was a different, colour, controller, decal and missing a carrier we had paid for. it is now March 24 we still have not had the order fulfilled and ADO are not answering my emails. These Bikes were meant as Christmas presents 2023, the ADO advertising states 48 hour delivery, we're still waiting and its March 2024. We have photos and a email trail to back all this up, ADO have made excuses, told blatant lies and have our money, buyer be very aware

CAADO had affordable, high quality e-bikes and great service! I currently own 2 ADO e-bikes: The Air 20 and Air 28. I love the quality of the ADO e-bikes, the different choices in models, along with their affordability too. Both models that I own are great! I love the color have choices offered and I think that ADO offers fantastic customer service! I have reached out with a few questions and their service has always been top notch. Replies within a very reasonable time frame and I feel that ADO goes above and beyond! They also have fun giveaways on social media. I have tried other E-bike companies and ADO is my favorite be far! :)
