ADO had affordable, high quality e-bikes and great service! I currently own 2 ADO e-bikes: The Air 20 and Air 28. I love the quality of the ADO e-bikes, the different choices in models, along with their affordability too. Both models that I own are great! I love the color have choices offered and I think that ADO offers fantastic customer service! I have reached out with a few questions and their service has always been top notch. Replies within a very reasonable time frame and I feel that ADO goes above and beyond! They also have fun giveaways on social media. I have tried other E-bike companies and ADO is my favorite be far! :)

4 ado 20 bikes bought only 2 works I bought 4 ado 20 bikes in June 2023. 5 months later : 2 bikes stopped working with a E06 error. Impossible to fix the damned error. I have contacted the support team and they ask picture of the controller cable (impossible to replace the controller without cutting connectivity cable. I will not recommend the bikes based on my 3600 euro purchase

My worst experience of buying online I purchase a Ado ebike in December 2023, but did not receive the bike till the second week of Jan 2024. I found that there was a problem and asked for a refund Ado eBike wasted my time and then said I since I had the ebike for over 14 days I was not entitled to one. I pointed out that I asked for a refund on day 10. Ado ebike finally agreed to a refund. I had to chase Ado Ebike for a return label and it took me an additional 3 months to get my refund after taking legal advise from a solicitor.

Christmas gift surprise Hi there, just wanted to take the opportunity and thank ADO for its very kind Christmas gift that has arrived from Madrid today. Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. Yrs we have had a few teething problems but I will say, ADO team always helpful but more so the other users thru the app have been great. All the best, Happy Christmas and have a great 2024

Exceptional and I’m now a loyal customer I purchased my ADO Air 20 a few weeks ago and not only do I love the bike but the customer service has been exception with regards to a few niggles I have had and also in answering questions. I can’t recommend enough and they have a very loyal customer here.
