I recently bought the ADOa20xe I recently bought the ADOa20xe, good bike for travelling short distances in city centres. I Drove 200 km and did not encounter any issues appart from the battery who appears to be in need for recharging earlier then predescribed. Bike is quite heavy for lifting in and out public transport. On the other hand it is less fragile and drives more comfortable The ignition key to put on the battery below the frame is useless as well as the seven gears. One gear would be sufficient for experienced cycliste.

I bought an air 20 and was so satisfied… I bought an air 20 and was so satisfied with the product as well as the customer support that I bought a second one 2 months later ;-) Product: I searched a lot on the internet, but only this one checked all points important to me: - light and easy-foldable (easy for my 12y old daughter to take up and off public transport / trunk of car) - decent battery range that allows for longer weekend trips - no chain that gets your pants dirty - good instant support when needed (without taking away the pleasant part of cycling) Support: I had issues to connect my phone to the bike. I was promptly put in contact with the app developer over whatsapp. He supplied me with step by step instructions and custom-made video to help me out.

I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.

Christmas gift surprise Hi there, just wanted to take the opportunity and thank ADO for its very kind Christmas gift that has arrived from Madrid today. Very good PR as it shows you appreciate your ADO purchasers. I love the bikes,I really do, brilliant in every way so far, looking forward to using and posting videos in 2024. Exceptional and I’m now a loyal customer I purchased my ADO Air 20 a few weeks ago and not only do I love the bike but the customer service has been exception with regards to a few niggles I have had and also in answering questions. I can’t recommend enough and they have a very loyal customer here.
