Great e-bike and excellent customer service. Ive had my Ado Air for almost a year and over 1000 miles. Its a very well made and reliable e-bike, perfect for my daily commute. Ado have excellent customer service and respond in a timely fashion on social media or WhatsApp. Ado also show appreciation for their customers with occasional free gifts and special offers. Overall, I highly recommend and will be keeping an eye on future products if i need to upgrade.

Exceptional and I’m now a loyal customer I purchased my ADO Air 20 a few weeks ago and not only do I love the bike but the customer service has been exception with regards to a few niggles I have had and also in answering questions. I recently bought the ADOa20xe I recently bought the ADOa20xe, good bike for travelling short distances in city centres. I Drove 200 km and did not encounter any issues appart from the battery who appears to be in need for recharging earlier then predescribed. Bike is quite heavy for lifting in and out public transport. On the other hand it is less fragile and drives more comfortable The ignition key to put on the battery below the frame is useless as well as the seven gears. One gear would be sufficient for experienced cycliste.
