Great bike and smooth experience I recently purchased the Ado Air 20, and I must say, the experience has been fantastic. The ride is incredibly smooth, and the bike's weight is manageable, making it easy for me to handle. One of my favorite features is its folding capability, allowing me to effortlessly place it in my trunk for portability. Although there was a slight delay in response, the Ado support team was very helpful and passionate, ensuring that all my questions about the bike's software were perfectly resolved. Additionally, the community atmosphere around ADO is welcoming and informative. I spent quite some time observing discussions in the ADO group before finally deciding to buy the Air 20. This bike has truly exceeded my expectations. Should any issues arise with the bike in the future, I'll be sure to update my review to reflect those experiences.

Top notch customer service & Facebook-contests The customer service from ADO is amongst the best I've ever experienced. Because of the time difference it sometimes takes a little longer to receive a reply, but I haven't had a single question they ignored. In their official Facebook group, they do several times contests for ADO-owners, where everyone has a fair chance of winning. I've won 1 time 😁 In the holiday-period they send out gifts to several random owners. They also gave me and some other owners the opportunity to test new products to receive honest reviews about them, even if the review turns out to be negative. ADO listens to its customers and upgrade their products where necessary and possible. Some materials on the bike are a bit cheaper to have an interesting end price for the bike, but they're definitely not bad materials. You can easily change items on the bike if you dislike 'em: I've changed to handlebars to a wider model, pedals also bit wider and over time I've changed the braking pads (original mechanical brakes are still on the bike). Proud ADO A20F+ owner for ±17 months by now. I'm 2m07, that's why I preferred wider handlebars and bigger pedals. Bike fits absolutely perfect

I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.

ADO had affordable, high quality e-bikes and great service! I currently own 2 ADO e-bikes: The Air 20 and Air 28. I love the quality of the ADO e-bikes, the different choices in models, along with their affordability too. Both models that I own are great! I love the color have choices offered and I think that ADO offers fantastic customer service! I have reached out with a few questions and their service has always been top notch. Replies within a very reasonable time frame and I feel that ADO goes above and beyond! They also have fun giveaways on social media. I have tried other E-bike companies and ADO is my favorite be far! :)

I recently bought the ADOa20xe I recently bought the ADOa20xe, good bike for travelling short distances in city centres. I Drove 200 km and did not encounter any issues appart from the battery who appears to be in need for recharging earlier then predescribed. Bike is quite heavy for lifting in and out public transport. On the other hand it is less fragile and drives more comfortable The ignition key to put on the battery below the frame is useless as well as the seven gears. One gear would be sufficient for experienced cycliste.
