AUThe first platform I've used that has great chat support! Honestly the basic plan has been great for me and hopefully the PRO version will be great too. The chat support here is amazing and even made me laugh during the chat, very different to the overly robotic automated chat you typically find.

BEA great platform, a great customer service. For anyone who has a business idea or feels like investing money in something profitable, uDroppy is a great companion. Their customer service has never let me down, the assistance was quick and kind even with my basic subscription. After my upgrade to the premium account, the e-com manager was of great help and took great care of me and my shop. The platform itself is very intuitive, easy to use and guarantees the best in terms of product quality, delivery and suppliers. Definitely better than Oberlo. If you are considering starting your online business, uDroppy is your best choice.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY At first they are all nice to lured you in. Once you subscribe to the premium service with the option to source product they make you wait in order to get as much money from you monthly subscription as possible. Waited over a month for them to source one product. This product however could have not been sourced because of the high price. At this point they offered me a few different alternatives. Once I agreed on the item to source and the price that was on the file the product was added to the catalog. On the catalog though the product stated a price which was about $4 more expensive than the price I had agree for the sourcing. Once I pointed that out I have been asked to wait for the sourcing team to sort the price out. After one week and multiple messages from me I recived a new excel file with the new prices of the product that they have already sourced . Prices that ware even higher than the one on the catalogue which was already wrong. Very bad experience. When you ask for a refund they tell you that they provided a great service so they can be refund me. Overall it took them 1 and half moths to source a product with a price which cannot be considered affordable. While I had to pay 2 month of subscription. Worsts experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM UDROPPY.
