We paid $12,000 for literally nothing We paid $12,000 for literally nothing. The files we received weren't useful and were corrupt. When following up to see if theres any additional things they could do we were told they would do some additional work and even after repeated attempts to follow up, no one has done anything. Not happy about this at all.

Would give the company 5 stars but… It sucks to hear you have to pay $2,000 to recover data when you're already down on your luck and in a frenzy to recover work, but I'm giving 5 stars because they rocked it. Besides, the $2,000 is the market rate for 2TB of lost information. That being said, the team there was easy to work with, was very reassuring during the process and recovered just about every file in exception of the files open during the crash which was only a few. They were also able to turn it out within one week, compared to 5-6 weeks when quoted through other companies like Geek squad and those found online.Thanks to the team there for doing such a great job.
