Practical and easy does it! We have a vacation family residence and this is the method we use to schedule our time and use of the place. Keep and Share is the only calendar and scheduler we have used for the past 10 years. It serves our needs and is easy to input data.

It is easy to add events and notes can be added including phone numbers or addresses. The notes provide all of the information about an event so when the event comes up, I have all of the information that I need.
