USI needed your product to ship next day… I needed your product to ship next day to me and I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it on a Thursday evening and you site said estimated delivery of the next day. It didn’t even ship and I didn’t receive it until noon on Monday. Why didn’t it deliver on Saturday? I paid $98 in shipping! This lost me a customer! Also you name is Automation 24 which I assume means your available to fulfill orders 24 hours a day. Very disappointed in your service!

USEasy ordering Easy ordering, good prices, shipped out quickly. Ordered it late afternoon on Friday, but my order still shipped out on Friday. Really like the rate for UPS ground. I will be sure to order more in future.

USA+ Customer service. I wanted to verify product dimensions before ordering so I called them. The person that answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. He got me to the right person to answer my questions and then completed the order for me over the phone. Top notch customer service!

USGreat customer service! Had a delay on my order. Apparently UPS held order which delayed the arrival date. Automation called and went above and beyond to make it right. I will do business with a company like that anytime!! They care about their customers.
