GBMy experience was great My experience was great! I had to contact the company twice today for different issues. The customer service representative walked me through the process of what I needed to do and she was very pleasant. I was also able to get excellent assistance from Phillip in getting me information needed from billing. I appreciate the quick response as well as the kindness of the Termly Team!

GBTermly's customer service is top notch! Termly's customer service is top notch! Each time I had a question about the service or my account, they responded quickly (within a few hours, except on the weekend where they responded early Monday morning). This is extremely important to me when faced with deadlines to get my clients' sites up and running.
