Been hosting MC servers for years and… Been hosting MC servers for years and been though many many different hosts and honestly this is the first time I actually feel happy and comfortable with the hosting. Top quality hardware and the staff have been super helpful with moving my server across from my old host and has been even helping with things most other hosts wouldn't do like optimizing the modpack I've been running. The pricing is amazing the staff are super amazing cant really ask for more.

Good at start For the first few days of me having the server it was fine and even upgraded the pack but then randomly it started giving me java issues like it kept trying to use java 17 with 1.16.5 (java 8 was needed) and I shrugged that off at first but now when I try to play lets say dawncraft with the server and even use its "Modpack Manager" to install it but then it just froze on loading and it did not crash or nothing but sat in the console for hours on end and I am quite disappointed in that.

Amazing Price, Great Support, Good Website Support is extremely helpful and you cannot beat their prices. I do wish their server setup website was slightly more intuitive on installing certain mod-loaders (Forge, Fabric) vs vanilla Minecraft, but, again, the support is incredibly quick to respond and can (and will) just do it for you.

The website layout and appearance is… The website layout and appearance is very clean. I had several questions, and the site's live chat feature was incredibly helpful. Andrew B was incredibly helpful and was able to guide me through the installation process well, and helped install a custom modpack onto my Minecraft server. Overall the experience was nice and the prices are quite affordable

Surprisingly good for the price. They have fairly limited server locations, which is expected with a small company, though it seems like they add more as time goes on. Some of their hardware isn't the best but none of it is bad. Their pricing is amazing, employees are very patient and helpful, and the service itself runs well and has no issues. There's tools for all sorts of things and managing the server, adding modpacks, automating tasks and many other things are actually a lot better than their website indicates. In fact, if I have a complaint at all, it's that their website: the knowledge base is a bit incomplete and little unclear on some things, rendered a non-issue for me by the aforementioned helpful staff, and their advertisement sort of undersells them.
