Extremely Disappointed with Their Service I had high hopes when I decided to use Allnodes node and staking services for my crypto assets. From the beginning, the communication was poor, and their platform was riddled with technical glitches. I faced numerous delays in staking, and the promised returns were nowhere near what was advertised. Moreover, their customer support was unresponsive, leaving me feeling abandoned with my concerns. In the ever-evolving world of crypto, trust and reliability are paramount, and sadly, Allnodes failed to deliver on both counts. I would not recommend their services.

I've been having good conversations… I've been having good conversations with Jagmot on Discord. He (I think? apologies if misgendering) has been extremely helpful. The setup was also fairly easy to do with a Ledger. I am feeling fairly good about my experience, though I would like to see more information about security, or ways that Allnodes is secure for its customers.

Needed help finding masternode.conf specifics I was helped within the day because my PIVX Masternode didn't start. apparently needed some extra config on my side but I would have loved to have found this info myself on the site somewhere.

Great UI and UX Great UI and UX, site works smoothly and all required info is clearly visible. Fantastic support received via Discord, specifically from Jagmot in customer support. No question to small or big, answered in a timely manner and in a simple format, 5 star service in general ;-)

satisfaction I am very satisfied with the service, which is always polite. Telegram harvest notifications are also great. As a request, I would be happy if I could know the timing of the maintenance of the production server. Also, it would be nice if there was a discount when paying for the whole year at once.
