But I bet on CC and glad I did. They maintained communication, shipped in a timely manner and helped answer questions on first time set up. I ended up sending the machines back to be hosted by CC because I could not battle the heat here in Oklahoma. Best decision ever as now I don't have to worry about the day to day operations. From my experience, I have seen other Suppliers (and Individuals) give customers the "run-around", adding BS fillers when inquiring about their order(s). You will not get that at CCWorks. They only give you updates as they receive them, and no BS. Got my miner in the time frame that was posted on the site. Even though there was a logistical nightmare over seas (from the Manufacturer), ordering from Coastal assured that we had miners allocated for us. Hey, Thank you guys again at Coastal. Mi Amigos! Lots of people say that the prices are too high, but that premium come with unparalleled customer service, and the service doesn't end after the sale is final. Highly recommend! Coastal Crypto had issue with one of their suppliers of S19. My order took longer than usual but at the end of the day, CC took a loss due to one of their vendors sending subpar product and they made it right by getting good working condition S19 to the customer, me. Good customer service, DM'd Mark a few time for updates and always got an answer.
