USGreat to Know I’m chatting with Real People Though my package came in late, primarily due to iceriver and customs. Coastal Crypto provides great customer service; they answered all my questions by email and through chat. I must of contacted ever weeks to see if my order was ready, they gave straight clear answers. It’s great to know I’m being answered by actual people.

CAHighly recommend! Coastal Crypto had issue with one of their suppliers of S19. My order took longer than usual but at the end of the day, CC took a loss due to one of their vendors sending subpar product and they made it right by getting good working condition S19 to the customer, me. Good customer service, DM'd Mark a few time for updates and always got an answer.

USI wish my orders were in my account… I wish my orders were in my account listing so I could follow them more easily. I did get a conformation when it shipped but if it was easy to find i would give me the piece of mind that my order had been received and that it was in processing.
