GB4/27/24 Zazzle can do very nice work … 4/27/24 Zazzle can do very nice work . . . . except when they don’t. I ordered business cards and when they arrived I found the word “cell” was not next to my cell phone number. I e-mailed the company and was told I didn’t include the word “cell” in my design. They said they’d give me a credit so that I could re-order. When I got on-line to do so I found: (1) I HAD included the word “cell” in my design; ( 2) The credit did not cover my new order. When I asked why that was I was told that the initial S&H charge could not be credited. In my experience, Zazzle always finds a sneaky way to charge customers more than they expect to pay. So-called Zazzle deals and discounts are always diminished by other hidden costs that show up during check-out.

GBStellar customer service My product got lost in the mail and after sending a complaint about it, Stephen swiftly moved things forward and requested a replacement, and expedited the shipping at no cost to me - now that’s what I’m talking about. Zazzle has always had stellar customer service.
