The speed of service was amazing The speed of service was amazing. The only reason I did not give a 5 stars rating is because I did not realize I did not approve all the pages of the translation, I did 1 out of 3 pages thinking that I did all 3, there was no follow up communication or alert to say revisit the item. It was when I started wondering why the translation wasn't delivered that I figured it out. As soon as I did it was completed in hours. Outside of that hiccup, the cost was great, the service was superb. Very efficient service

Buyer beware! Certification letter was created incorrectly. Should have stated the translator declares the translation to be accurate. Instead it stated the company declares it yet it was signed by the translator. Never got to review the certification letter prior to approval and now you want additional payment to fix your mistake! Ordered it for the Indiana BMV and declared that from the beginning! Buyer beware!!
