GBSpeediness and Precision Online fast (truly, I mean fast)response. All must know info was given before contact with agent. Translation of language (French to English), Cost to translate, certify and notarize was surprisingly and pleasantly low. Promised 24hr turn around and total documentation came in under 24hr. (Nice!) Spoke to agent to verify documentation would translate birth certificate to apply for Star Card DL and Passport Card. Advised by agent to send appropriate pic of document.. I requested word for word translation, it was done. We even laughed a little over my situation. Very pleasant experience. Now I can read my BC in English. (I had tried for years to get BC translated through US State Dept. And had never gotten response. (Go figure).
