AUFrustrating experience & cancelled account After detailing exactly what I wanted to achieve, and being told that the target account would be suitable, I signed up. The bad: After writing a clear and precise email for migration, I was frustrated by the agents asking me for information clearly contained in my first contact message. A dozen exchanges later, and it is clear the agents (pleural) are not reading anything past what they're expecting to read. I was finally told the target account wouldn't work, and that I should be signing up for a different (reseller) account worth considerably more $. The good: At this point, after spending most of the day in frustration, I asked for a refund and account cancellation and my request was honoured immediately. In summary: the agents were not reading the full message, and their responses lacked clarity or even basic communication at times. My experience left me quite frustrated, but I appreciated that my request to cancel my account and refund my money was honoured immediately.

USOrdering was easy Ordering was easy. setup was good, the question I had about setup and using the acccount were answered quickly. Tho I do miss being able to voice chat with support, the email worked well.

PHvery good in technical support.. very good in technical support... keep it up...i hope you have automatic backup of our database and our source code so that if things happened to the server we can recover our data and files...thank you
