Poor Product quality experience The customer service was fine as always however the condition of the clutch was less than satisfactory. It was improperly assembled and was seized due to corrosion on the moving sheave. In addition, the one cover retaining screw was stripped. I run a repair shop and needed this for a customers ATV. I was left with no choice but to repair the clutch to make it serviceable. There was no time to wait for a warranty replacement. Overall I have good luck with your products however this wasn’t the case for this latest purchase. It has left me somewhat reluctant to order again.

Blade spindle was a different size than existing I ordered a blade spindle/ mower deck replacement kit for my John Deere lawn tractor. I received the parts in a timely manner. Installed everything just fine until the end when two existing nuts did not fit on the new product. Replacements were not included. I could not find any information regarding the size of the correct nuts needed so I couldn't order them online. It took a few trips to the hardware stores buying what I thought might fit before I was able to finish putting my mower back together.
