I made a purchase to repair our…Toro Lawnmower I made a purchase to repair our lawnmower. Honestly I was in a rush and did not read the description well. I ordered the parts and they came quickly with free shipping. Once we realized it was the wrong ones, we contacted customer service and they instructed us on how to return. We did have to pay return shipping but the full amount was refunded very quickly no problem.

Blade spindle was a different size than existing I ordered a blade spindle/ mower deck replacement kit for my John Deere lawn tractor. I received the parts in a timely manner. Installed everything just fine until the end when two existing nuts did not fit on the new product. Replacements were not included. I could not find any information regarding the size of the correct nuts needed so I couldn't order them online. It took a few trips to the hardware stores buying what I thought might fit before I was able to finish putting my mower back together.
