GBI made a purchase to repair our…Toro Lawnmower I made a purchase to repair our lawnmower. Honestly I was in a rush and did not read the description well. I ordered the parts and they came quickly with free shipping. Once we realized it was the wrong ones, we contacted customer service and they instructed us on how to return. We did have to pay return shipping but the full amount was refunded very quickly no problem.

GBI ordered a replacement blade spindle I ordered a replacement blade spindle. The item came earlier than posted, the fitment was correct. I did not like the grease zert fitting, I replaced with a 45 degree metric zert fitting ( to make the greasing easier). Made several passes mowing the front Driveway areas. All well and very satisfied!
