GBBad customer service I heard that they have multiple locations. The one on Brickell miami is awful. Don't go there. What a disaster. They work hard to take advantage of you. They ask you money just to ask a question for example if yes or no mail is available.

GBI signed up for atoll free number but…Deceitful Advertisement and conditions I signed up for atoll free number but it wasn’t on my invoice. I call the office and was told at 4:00 pm that I would have to call back on Monday for assistance. I talked to Luis Ortega on Monday who informed me that the office was opened until 7pm central time and my time was EST so I was not giving the right info and to make matters worse I was charged $7.95 for March when I signed up on the 27th and couldn’t talk to anyone to properly setup my office. This is very misleading and I cancelled and they still didn’t refund me my money. Very deceitful!

GBI was having a hard time with the mailing address I was having a difficult time with a mailing address, and I spoke with Ms. D. Martinez and she was lovely to work with. She was knowledgeable about the properties. She was patient and spoke clearly and accommodating.

GBJust joined - happy! Just joined, but so far very impressed by customer service. Their website was easy to navigate and when I ran into an error, I received help through the chat immediately. Zabdi was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and remained available even though it took me about 30 min to complete the application from my side.
