Google My Business does NOT accept virtual offices. Signed up for a virtual office business address. I found out that Google does NOT accept virtual office addresses. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this fact prior to committing to a 6 month term. I wonder why they require a 6 month commitment?! BUYER BEWARE!

We have used Alliance Virtual Offices… We have used Alliance Virtual Offices for a couple of years now. We have found them to go above and beyond in their customer service. They are responsive to requests, quick to answer questions or handle any issues that may arise, and pleasant to deal with! In particular, our office is at St. Rose Executive Suites and their staff is wonderful. Our mail and deliveries are handled professionally and quickly. We have used the beautiful conference rooms several times for meetings, and have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences there. They have been a great help to our business!

I was having a hard time with the mailing address I was having a difficult time with a mailing address, and I spoke with Ms. D. Martinez and she was lovely to work with. She was knowledgeable about the properties. She was patient and spoke clearly and accommodating.

Bad customer service I heard that they have multiple locations. The one on Brickell miami is awful. Don't go there. What a disaster. They work hard to take advantage of you. They ask you money just to ask a question for example if yes or no mail is available.
