Bad customer service I heard that they have multiple locations. The one on Brickell miami is awful. Don't go there. What a disaster. They work hard to take advantage of you. They ask you money just to ask a question for example if yes or no mail is available.

The walk through on how to register your business, get a bank account etc. was a life saver!
