GBTotal Disappointment I used Quartile before Covid and they were very effective. I have run my own Amazon PPC for a while and had ACOS running at around 40%. I went back to quartile in order to try and bring down my ACOS and increase sales. They were confident that they could bring my ACOS down into the 20% range but said that they expected it to take a month or two before their algorithm really kicked in. I used them for a total of 5 months and, during that time, my ACOS hovered around the 70-80% mark. We had weekly meetings at which I begged them to bring down the ACOS as I was simply losing money on every sale. They constantly promised to do so but month 5 had ACOS running at 75%. I gave notice and stopped using them. They ignored the notice I'd given them and continued to charge me after termination of contract. I am so disappointed with the results I got from them and cannot believe the way that they treated me after termination. This was a company who's AI algorithm might have worked in the past but obviously cannot cope with the way Amazon currently runs its advertising. Losing me thousands of $ was bad enough but then the way I was treated afterwards was appalling. I certainly would never recommend them again and would strongly suggest that potential customers look elsewhere.

GBQuartile Turned My Business Around In our category on Amazon competition is fierce and we needed to find a way to get an edge. Standard PPC management wasn’t cutting it even when we brought it in house and our ROAS was degrading. Once we onboarded with quartile we started to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. ROAS gradually increasing every week, and their team of experts manage the service for us freeing up overhead costs we were paying for other solutions that just didnt work. Happy to say we're finally back on track and scaling with quartile.

GBPoor performance and Fraudulent… Poor performance and Fraudulent transaction. I tried Quartile for Amazon PPC maintenance. I was offered 50% discount for first three month with no contract and I was told I can cancel anytime. After wasting one month and £500 and lots of sale I decided not to continue however I was surprised when I was charged another £500 for second month without my consent. I was shocked how they got access to my card detail. I only made payment once at the beginning of first month with the link provided by quartile however I didn’t enter my card detail it took money directly from my bank. But again when I was charged at the beginning second month I contacted them to cancel which they did but told me there will be no refund for money as you need to give us 30 days notice. Dear I didn’t use your service I tried you for first month and I do not like your performance so I do not want to continue for second month. How can I give you notice of 30days before even trying you for first 30 days. This company is a fraud as you signup their portal will take two days weeks to import data from your Amazon account and then they will start working on campaigns so they will launch first campaign after 20 days of subscription. The performance is very poor please do not signup with them. You will get 100s of email and phone call when you signing up and then there they will contact you once a week so there is no communication and you can’t get hold of them specially if you are not based in USA. however if you decide to cancel the subscription you will be charge for the whole month in advance and no one will respond your email.
