It wasn't super clear how to send faxes… It wasn't super clear how to send faxes from my email and there were no clear links on the website/ further instruction. It could have been much more user friendly.

I loved the fax that I could do as… I loved the fax that I could do as little as a weekly subscription because it was for personal use and not business. Also the faxes came on time. Very convenient. Didn't need to download any app or visit UPS to send or receive a fax. The experience was good.

For me the sending of the documents was… For me the sending of the documents was fast and the receiving aspect too was okay. In addition, it would be nice if Wisefax can roll out yearly subscription for organizations and individuals at moderate or customer friendly price. Jide.
