GBBought a brand new domain 3 days ago… Bought a brand new domain 3 days ago now; since then, neither Sav nor I can actually access or change the DNS. They blame it on unspecified maintenance that went wrong, and still have no ETA to fix. Chat just repeat the usual "we're very sorry and are working hard" platitudes...

EGIts solved Thanks so much for CTO/Nick He helped me to solve my problems with Sav.com, So I decided to edit my review and forgot the past Thanks to his efforts I didn't want to write this review but I have to write this review I am old customer with sav .com more than 2 years But i have very bad experience nowadays I have bought some domains And paid 82$ suddenly they message me the following (Sav recently discovered a pricing error within our system that mistakenly sold some domains at a 75% discount where no discount should have been applied. The following domain(s) in your account were sold at an incorrect price )

GBSav takes responsibility to take money but at refund its a big fuss I am facing the problem repeatedly with the sav auction system; it deducts money even if the proxy bid has outbid you whereas it should be deducting money on bids which are eligible for "winning category" my more than $700+ are stuck with bank as they have no idea whether sav.com refunded the money or not, most of the times i get money back into the account within a minute but if it's stuck it takes forever to find.

GBSav.com are hosting a fraudulent copy… Sav.com are hosting a fraudulent copy of my website and are denying that they can remove this domain even though they can. I have reported this and am still waiting for them to act

PKNice Services But One Repetitive Issue! Nice Services! Supportive Support! Only One Issue.. Most of the Times Credit Card had been Charged but Domins were unable to arrive at Dashboard. Later on, Refund had been made automatically and We have to purchase those domain again but this repetitive issue is much annoying & disturbing! Plz fix this issue as we never faced such like issue on Other Domains Registrars.
