GByour sales team was responsive but… your sales team was responsive and direct about what they had availability to. our issue is beyond all of the believed good bits of the order, we still received a spare that wasnt ordered; we specifically requested exact only and was assured exact was available. Only to have received an alternate (that wasnt called out ahead of time).
