GBproblems addressed fed ex would not leave my package at the front counter. i was never left a tracking number so i emailed support and never received a reply. i tried leaving a voicemail and still have not heard back. i have no idea where my package is at and i need it for a project After leaving the above review i was contacted by customer support who went above and beyond to make things right

GBGood product, fast processing, will buy again Good product, paid for fast shipment but the order processing portion is fast too. Products are rough up on the edges, but this is pre-owned, it meets the expectations. Packaging was bare minimum, maybe ECO friendly, but not appropriate/adequate to my opinion. It could be much better. Overall experience is 5 stars.

GBMy experience with Hard Disk Direct was… My experience with Hard Disk Direct was great. They shipped the drive I needed right away and it arrived the next day and is working as expected. The drive was well packaged and it actually arrived a day sooner than promised.

GBOrdered drives Ordered drives, they charged credit card, would not ship drives unless I sent a picture of my CC and drivers license. What company does that if the card clears. No drives and I am trying to cancel and get my money back. I think it will never happen, but we will see.
