problems addressed fed ex would not leave my package at the front counter. i was never left a tracking number so i emailed support and never received a reply. i tried leaving a voicemail and still have not heard back. i have no idea where my package is at and i need it for a project After leaving the above review i was contacted by customer support who went above and beyond to make things right

misleading pricing / inventory misleading pricing / inventory. Website says $97, but then a chat box interrupts the checkout price, says talk to a salesman. You hand over your phone number and email, the salesmans says it's actually $1100 with a month lead time. They're all lies, top to bottom.

My experience with Hard Disk Direct was… My experience with Hard Disk Direct was great. They shipped the drive I needed right away and it arrived the next day and is working as expected. The drive was well packaged and it actually arrived a day sooner than promised.

Responsive and attentive Folks at this shop have been super responsive and attentive to getting our needs met. When one of our arrays needed a hard disk on an emergency they bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended!

your sales team was responsive but… your sales team was responsive and direct about what they had availability to. our issue is beyond all of the believed good bits of the order, we still received a spare that wasnt ordered; we specifically requested exact only and was assured exact was available. Only to have received an alternate (that wasnt called out ahead of time).
