GBproblems addressed fed ex would not leave my package at the front counter. i was never left a tracking number so i emailed support and never received a reply. i tried leaving a voicemail and still have not heard back. i have no idea where my package is at and i need it for a project After leaving the above review i was contacted by customer support who went above and beyond to make things right

GBOrdered drives Ordered drives, they charged credit card, would not ship drives unless I sent a picture of my CC and drivers license. What company does that if the card clears. No drives and I am trying to cancel and get my money back. I think it will never happen, but we will see.

GBResponsive and attentive Folks at this shop have been super responsive and attentive to getting our needs met. When one of our arrays needed a hard disk on an emergency they bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended!
