misleading pricing / inventory misleading pricing / inventory. Website says $97, but then a chat box interrupts the checkout price, says talk to a salesman. You hand over your phone number and email, the salesmans says it's actually $1100 with a month lead time. They're all lies, top to bottom.

I never hardly leave reviews I never hardly leave reviews, but this time I am because I noticed quite a few negative reviews about not receiving their product. I give you guys a 100% 5 star! I messaged Hector about what I needed on the built-in chat on their website before ordering. I received the 8 GB RAM stick two days after ordering it. This was your free delivery option, no extra paid to have it quick! I Will do business here again!

Outstanding Communication & Customer Service Cannot say enough good things about how this purchase went. Good product, fast processing, will buy again Good product, paid for fast shipment but the order processing portion is fast too. Products are rough up on the edges, but this is pre-owned, it meets the expectations. Packaging was bare minimum, maybe ECO friendly, but not appropriate/adequate to my opinion. It could be much better. Overall experience is 5 stars.
