your sales team was responsive but… your sales team was responsive and direct about what they had availability to. our issue is beyond all of the believed good bits of the order, we still received a spare that wasnt ordered; we specifically requested exact only and was assured exact was available. Only to have received an alternate (that wasnt called out ahead of time).

Bait and switch tactics. Would NOT recommend this company! Paid a premium for a specific part number/drive. Instead they sent a substitute part number (without telling me) which commonly sells for $200 less per drive than the one I paid for. Then I was told if I want the actual part number that I ordered, I had to pay an extra $550 per drive. Shady bait and switch tactics. Would NOT recommend this company!

My experience with Hard Disk Direct was… My experience with Hard Disk Direct was great. They shipped the drive I needed right away and it arrived the next day and is working as expected. The drive was well packaged and it actually arrived a day sooner than promised.

The absolute best place for critical… The absolute best place for critical parts with great communication and flexible fast service. I depend on these guys. Hector who responds to the chat on the site IS the reason. Excellent service.

We had some trouble with order fixed! We had some trouble with address validation, and my email server was not working so my response emails were not getting delivered. After a call to the company, I reordered the parts and got them delivered! Excellent help and support to get it done. :)
