Products are rough up on the edges, but this is pre-owned, it meets the expectations. Packaging was bare minimum, maybe ECO friendly, but not appropriate/adequate to my opinion. It could be much better. Overall experience is 5 stars.

GBBait and switch Ordered 30 drives for $85 each, was then notified that the drive was no longer available and suggested notified of another model priced at $500 each! Felt bait and switched overall. Canceled order.
