Ordered drives Ordered drives, they charged credit card, would not ship drives unless I sent a picture of my CC and drivers license. What company does that if the card clears. No drives and I am trying to cancel and get my money back. I think it will never happen, but we will see.

We had some trouble with order fixed! We had some trouble with address validation, and my email server was not working so my response emails were not getting delivered. After a call to the company, I reordered the parts and got them delivered! Excellent help and support to get it done. :)

Good product, fast processing, will buy again Good product, paid for fast shipment but the order processing portion is fast too. Products are rough up on the edges, but this is pre-owned, it meets the expectations. Packaging was bare minimum, maybe ECO friendly, but not appropriate/adequate to my opinion.
