Outstanding Communication & Customer Service Cannot say enough good things about how this purchase went. Ordered drives Ordered drives, they charged credit card, would not ship drives unless I sent a picture of my CC and drivers license. What company does that if the card clears. No drives and I am trying to cancel and get my money back. I think it will never happen, but we will see.

We had some trouble with order fixed! We had some trouble with address validation, and my email server was not working so my response emails were not getting delivered. After a call to the company, I reordered the parts and got them delivered! Excellent help and support to get it done. :)

My experience with Hard Disk Direct was… My experience with Hard Disk Direct was great. They shipped the drive I needed right away and it arrived the next day and is working as expected. The drive was well packaged and it actually arrived a day sooner than promised.
