5 star I have seen some bad reviews but I don't understand why.My experience has been great cause the plugin is working perfectly and the assistance has been really really efficient. 5 STAR

Great products, even greater support I have been a customer with them for about a year now. I purchased two popular plugins from them that worked exactly as expected. One of these plugins is a very popular page builder with which I ran into an issue on two occasions: The first issue was due to my own inexperience of not knowing how the update process worked. The second issue was with a new version not activating as it should. On both occasions I contacted support and received a response within 5 minutes that resolved my issue immediately. I have nothing but praise for the GPL Plus team and, even more so, their incredible support team. They have enabled me to build amazing websites at a fraction of the cost with the peace of mind that they are always available to assist in the rare case that an issue pops up. I will continue to support and recommend them for as long as they deliver the service that they currently are!

Scammers Somehow I ended up with a quantity of 2 of the same product in the cart, which I didn't notice until after the payment. This happened because I logged in after I added the product to the cart and I'm not sure that I did something wrong or it's a bug on their website. Nevertheless, I opened a ticket and requested that half of the money to be reimbursed. They didn't reply so after a few days, I added to the ticket that I will file a complain to the payment processor. After this, they did something with my account because I can't login anymore, I have no error message but I always get redirected to the login page.
