Easy to use and works just fine The engine is easy to use and works just fine. Also, the guys and girls working there are always eager to help in case of problems. What I find particularly endearing is the pricing concept: They offer the possibility to pay for just what you need and do not force you to pay a yearly or monthly subscription. The only thing missing is that the engine should highlight parts where it is not sure if it transcribed correctly.
